Arrived at 9:30PM to find we have to go back down the road to check in since the front desk was not staffed. Would have been nice to know this when booking the reservation. It’s not super far but it’s the customer service aspect I felt was lacking. Included coupon for a stripped down continental breakfast at the parent resort. The restaurant buffet was very good but required paying an up charge for those not staying in the main hotel. Given the inconveniences of having to drive would have been nice for them to include that as part of the package again to just provide better customer service vs. treating other hotels in the area family as red headed step children.
Staff were great. Package price with lift tickets was a great deal. Really close to the hill makes it easy to walk. Otherwise, the hotel room feels like any other standard hotel. No complaints
Accommodations sub-par. My biggest complaint and reason for the low rating was it’s advertised as a “ski in” resort and is far from it. Have to drive or walk a good distance to find yourself on the slopes.
Nice and clean. Great location. Needs some updating.
