Had a great experience. Very nice staff. My therapist was Jennifer and she did a wonderful job. I recommend it and would book again in the near future.
My wife and I enjoyed an hour long couple's massage here to kick off our weekend. We weren't staying at the Lutsen Lodge, so I imagine the experience would have been better if we hadn't had to drive back to our lodge. The masseuses were good and they have a nice post-massage area with snacks and water and coffee and tea to help the transition back to the real world. I would come back if in the area.
Wife and I had a great couples Massage. Staff was on time, friendly and gave us exactly what we asked for. It was an amazingly relaxing way to start our Saturday. We also loved the tea and coffee at end. Keep up the great work!

My husband and I tried to book a couples massage 2 days in advance, one hour after they said they had 3 openings and no one called or texted us back. We tried calling and sent texts from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. - According to them "they were open till 8 p.m.". A call back either way would have been appreciated and professional. Very disappointing.
